Welcome. I’m Ellen Gregory, a licensed marriage and family therapist in New York and New Jersey.

I’ve been working with individuals, couples, and families since 1998. I help people along their life-span – from premarital counseling, to couples counseling and marriage counseling, all the way through to the transition of becoming parents, and life after parenting!

A specialty I’ve developed is helping people move through, and heal from anger and trauma. My clients include military and law enforcement, highly sensitive and creative people, those struggling with borderline personality disorder, post traumatic stress, and addictions.
