10-Week Anger Management Program

Anger Management Program- Midtown NYC
This is a short-term skills based program (typically 8-12 sessions) designed to explore how understanding and managing your angry feelings can transform your life and relationships. Our anger management program offers a space in which men and women can find ways to transform their anger through insight, self-expression, communication skills, and awareness.
Its normal to get angry. Sometimes, we get stuck in severe patterns of anger that we become destructive to ourselves, and the relationships we have with ones we love. This becomes a cycle. We continue to get angry but we never resolve the issues that made us angry in the first place. then the anger builds, and gets worse over time.
This anger management program focuses on the parts of us that can react so quickly with anger. If you experience frequent, intense anger and behave destructively to yourself or others when angry, you will benefit from this program.
Each week focuses on insight, behavior, and skill building. You can expect to learn:
- What happens in your body when you are angry.
- Tools and techniques to gain control over your anger.
- How to set healthy boundaries.
- How to communicate when you are angry.
- How to change situations in your life causing your anger.
